I need some ideas on how to move a big carport

I am scratching my head trying to figure out how to move my carport about 10ft towards my house. It is built out of wood with shingles and all of that jazz. Built similar to a house without walls. Pretty nice carport that I'm trying not to break.
It's around 12x20ft, the bottom is 7ft tall, and it has four sort of flimsy, hollow support posts. Weighs around 1500 lbs according to my jack skills. I can pick up 1499 lbs, so I know it weighs more than that.
I moved it a foot with floor jacks, but that was really unstable. There are power and cable lines going over it, so a crane or anything from above won't work. Moving dollies won't work either because the side of the concrete is only a few inches away from the outside of the 4 support posts. I could build a decent frame underneath out of wood, but that would end up costing me $500 minimum that I don't have right now, and I'd still have to figure out how to move it without the thing tipping or falling over.
The only thing we have thought of is casters, but I'm not positive I want my hand under the thing. I am renting a mini-excavator either tomorrow or Wednesday, and they are too tall to go under it and not powerful enough to pick up the entire carport.
And ideas?

Strengthen the posts and maybe add some skis to the bottom and roll it on pipe?

This would work.

The hell am I supposed to get skis?

skids
if you can get it up off the ground nail some 2x8 skids going column to column, then lay out some pipe perpendicular to the skids. Pick up one side and roll some pipe under the skids then push it or pull it

Pull a trailer under it and build a rack and jack it up a half a foot and put it where you want it. next question.

It's tippy as hell. Even with a spreader on there, it was wanting to fall over every which way. I think I'm gonna try the pipe method because I have some laying around somewhere

Good idea.
I have moved plenty of switch gear back in my day with conduit. Make sure you have at least 3 pieces of pipe. The tricky part will be getting the pipes out once in place. Please don't try this by yourself.

What is the spacing of the columns? Can you get a sheet of plywood length ways attached to a column on each end? If so, you can do this at the ground level up to 4', which would eliminate a good bit of shear once it is moved.
Jack up the leading edge and put pipe under the attached plywood and roll it to the desired location.

Column are just under 20ft apart

Temporarily xbrace the posts in both directions to keep them stable should help a lot.

I plan on reinforcing it once I get some time. Even securing it to the concrete is gonna be put off until later this week

Fixed and that will be a must. Do you know how the post are anchored in place at the top? Check that before doing anything. Brace as needed.

If you do not post a video of this move, I believe you should have OB privileges revoked for an undisclosed period of time.
