I need a cheap bateau

12' or so just to put a trolling motor on for a pond. I've looked on La Sportsman but just tossing out here. No trailer needed or title etc...

What do you mean by cheap? You can find a 12' alumacraft brand new all day at Academy for $600.
You can find used ones pretty regularly in the $250 range but they probably won't be registered (only an issue if you're taking it on public waters so probably not a concern of yours). Check Craigslist, bayoubucks.Com classifieds, and check LASportsman religiously. Those little boats come and go very quickly when listed cheap.

Craigslist, plenty of pond jumpers on there. And they're always cheaper/negotiable because there's no title.

Ride around lafourche parish for ten minutes. If you can't find a boat for sale your doing something wrong.
