My searches were coming up blank when I looked.

My grass is dying where the female dog pees. Anyone have some info on how I could treat the yard to prevent it? [/url][url=https://postimage.org/]upload a picture[/url][/img]

It's the pH and concentrated ammonia/nitrogen in her piss. You could change the feed you are giving.

any moths hovering around when you walk through that area? Looks like the damage those sod web worms have done to my yard

Yeah that doesn't really look like pee burn to me but may be the picture. There's little to nothing you can do to prevent urine burn outside of watering to dilute it everytime she goes. The best thing is to train them to go somewhere you don't care about.

It's pee burn. I've been watching her go all month in the pic above. Every day a little more brown and less green

That's the largest pre spot I've ever seen.

The only real solution is to dilute the area she uses with water.

Dog urine is loaded with nitrogen and she is essentially giving the grass fertilizer burn.
