I have one free day in Vegas... Stuck between 2 adrenaline junky activities

I can't decide between
1. Skydive into Vegas Off-road Experience and do the desert challenge and short course
2. Go fly at Sky Combat Ace. They let you fly the plane.
WWTOTD???

You can jump out of a plane and go off roading just about anywhere. Not many places you can dogfight.
