Because the deputies were not interested in where he had been hunting. Those are sheriff deputies not game wardens. They wrote him a ticket for bring on private property. HIs previous location would be irrelevant.

Same can be said for charter guides trespassing... poaching.

So, if you were wrongfully accused, why did you plead guilty?

$450 sounds cheaper than a lawyer.

edit- Looks like there was no dispute over him trespassing. Video and pictures were taken from the chopper. WLF didn't charge him with poaching so there is no poaching charge to dispute.
