Just curious, thinking about making a run out there on sunday if the wind isn't cranked up.

The strong winds over the last few days pushed out a lot, but it should be coming back up.

Just got back from bayou black. Launched at bobs and ran to the Brady. Water is up but not super high. All MUDDY water. Went exploring and found one run out with a few bass but scratched everywhere between the Brady, penchant, gate canal all the way to the school board. Wind blown side of duck ponds are the only things holding any acceptable water but couldn't get bit. I wouldn't waste my time. Even my go to spots with clean water look like chocolate milk. Wind picked up about 10am so we fought it for an hour then called it an early day. Everyone else was picking up or running around by then too

They've had at least 4 tournaments in the area over the last month. That type of pressure along with the cooler water; I'm not surprised it's a tough bite.

Orange grove seems to be the only place lately with clean water.

My buddy fished from Brady over to the double duece yesterday and didn't do real well. Water has been yo-yoing last couple weeks. i wouldn't pass up a trip this time of year. If you hit them on the right day you can catch some hammers down there.

I was with seapickle, water sucked everywhere, and we went from north to South. With that said, I'm headed back there today to drink beer, run juglines, a do a little trespassing.

If you're going to spot your brother went Monday, the owners are at camp this weekend and going to run you out. Better catch em quick.

Run me out.... Haven't u read the other thread. Everything is public till you catch me. Honesty if you mad at a guy catching bass after duck season on your lease, you need another hobby. Frogging to night in the area but I'm am staying at a lease tonight.

Found them. Then headed south

Did well around the Antill today. Was fishing in my BIL boat and My buddy tried to kick me out. We kept our backs to him for the first min or so. Then turned around and cussed him. He even had his camera out.

Oh yeah - 54 sacs and 4 bass

No they are rabbit hunting, I'd suggest you steer clear. They've come close to shooting me in duck blind multiple times with me next to them, being somewher they don't know well, you could put your eye out kid. But carry on, recreational immunity and all.
