It's not that hard to train animals how to do things you want. Normally doesn't take long to change behavior problems. If you don't know what your doing you should start with easier to train dogs first.

Morning fellas.

To answer your question. Attach a burlap sack to the wheel on a car he will chase. If he usually bites at the car or wheel he will bite the sack and when he does it will send em for a flip. He will stop chasing once he gets slung in the pavement and record this for our entertainment

I knew someone that did that. Dog still chases cars, but without any teeth.
