Live in SoFla, hunt on family-owned property (650+) in SE Alabama. 8.5 hours from home to there. But once there, the farthest piece of hunting is less than 10 mins from the farmhouse.

100-200 acres per hunter is normal but if you have a pile of members and they hunt monday - thursday and your a weekend warrior like me the place is never quiet. You should ask about hunters available areas to hunt. So often in a CLUB a member only gets an area or "His" own stands which makes things very limited for the New guy that is not gonna be handed the sweet spot. Guys coming into my office saying they pay $600 for a lease is very suspect cuz at $20-$30 per acre lease that $600 doesn't get each member much realestate. Good Luck!
