Houma Oilman's Roll Call

Anybody heading down to Cocodrie for the Oilman's. I am headed down tomorrow morning. We are staying in a house boat across from the tent if anyone wants to drink a cold beer. Will try to do a little fishing tomorrow before I try to drown myself in cold beer.

I will be nowhere near Cocodrie this weekend. Actually I'll be in Dularge with a beer in one hand and my rod in the other.

Enstar, Coon Point, 26, 28 will be a parking lot on Friday and Saturday. I'm either going way offshore or running way west.

I'll be in Coco avoiding the oilman's rodeo. I don't think any will be kayaking so I should be in good shape. I'll put the bay boat in on Sunday.

The crowds at those rigs as well as the islands will be ridiculous. There will be rude/unseasoned boaters everywhere running over people's anchor's and so on. I will be where the crowds aren't.

I haven't been in several years. My family's company used to be a sponsor but after Glover kicked all the houseboats out we quit doing all that. How has the talent been down there the last few years?

They will be fishing out of Dularge also
Saturday may be a nightmare at the islands. I may just fish Sunday.

Thats another reason I quit fishing the Oilmans..the wind sucks just about every year that I can remember
