Hot water canal

i was thinking about going fishing on thursday morning at the hot water canal. has anyone been fishing there recently and got any tips? TIA

I've been wondering myself, so go and report back!!
Also, fish the big wall and the deep holes near the openings of the wall. Artificials should be all you need, but I always like to bring market bait in case.
I would be there, but my daughter graduates from USM this week.

Go elsewhere. Water is too warm for fish to be stacked up in there as of now. Was fishing lake borgne Sunday at the old castle and water temp was 68-69. I know it will drop some due to this cold front but nit near enough. Tryup and down the mrgo align the rocks or the flood walls. Hell would even try the castle in the lake and mrgo right there.
