I think that its pretty safe to say that the OB does not miss that guy. Seemed desperate.

Depends:
Hoisting a bass over 5 lbs by the jaw can injure the bass' jaw. Hoisting by lip discouraged by the knowledgable.
Hoisting some species of saltwater fish out of the water is illegal, and discouraged.
All other hoisting is encouraged.
Hoisting a respectable fish infront of scantly clad boobs is highly, highly encouraged.
