I have a trx90 I’m rebuilding for my kids and trying to get this head off from the block is whooping my arse. I’ve tried pretty much everything. Any suggestions?

Sometimes there is another few bolts inside valve cover, bolting head to cylinder.

In your picture I see the acorn nuts still attached, they are the top of the studs that go down into the block. Until those are off you'll never get it off
