Appreciate the info. I'll give it a look. I'm still leaning to a m1a scout or a m4. I won't buy until I look at the fn though.
If I get the m1, I will get a suppressor.

I wouldn't say that I have any "pressing" needs.
This purchase is strictly for "a want" gun. Need plays no part in this.
I will be getting a liberty fat boy and ammo can also. I've ran out of room in my gun cabinet and ready to move up to a safe.

Got you - I would still be at M4 from your menu, then.
From a purely "a want" standpoint, I might consider an O/U because it might prompt me to shoot more.

M1A Socom
I love my M1A National Match, it's a permanant part of my collection.

To be fair, the guys I know who shoot m1a's are very fond of them. They are big supporters of the rifle.
Though, Most had to be modified to be modified to get sub moa.
But, in the end......if you just love the look, the feel and design....and if you're comfortable shooting them....then get an m1a!!!

Is there some requirement that these be MOA rifles? Considering the cast majority of shooters aren't MOA capable it seems rather absurd to get hung up on this. Considering practically every bolt gun will need some work to be MOA capable and even then only with equally capable ammunition.
