I've heard great things about them. I'm pretty sure bluemoons runs them on his F150. They were on national back order for a few months earlier this spring

Yup, that's a strut assembly which would be ran on an F-150. On the F-250 you have a separate coil spring and shock.

Bakflip F1 is what I have on my 150 and like it. Its not 100% water tight 100% of the time but pretty decent most of the time. You can flip it out of your way if you need the bed and you can remove it pretty easy if you need every last inch. They also make a tool box that fits under the covers and it also flips out the way (have to empty it) if you need the space.

Linex the bed

Tint

Level and tires

Amp power boards

Lower valance like mentioned.

I sold my F1. I liked it but like an open bed much more.

Mine barely fits in parking garages, my garage at home, and a couple other places I frequently. It would be a pain in the arse to lift it and not be able to get into anywhere

Yea, I don't ever attempt parking garages. No more drive thru carwashes... Going to the airport is even more of a hastle.... But I haven't had to get 3 wrecker trucks to pull me out since I lifted it

With the 4" front 2" rear lift and 35's I could still do my carport, carwashes and garages around here (not many). The garage at one local hospital will make you pucker the whole time. I hit the sign going in with my cab but antenna only inside

Exactly.

All the covers are compromises in some way. I bought that tray deal and it works well for tools.
The Bak only really leaks at the tailgate seal. Sometimes.

Yup, took 2 more tow trucks to get us out. I had to drive off the flatbed and back thru the hole with a tractor hooked to me. A great day at the deer lease...

Yep...I have a rubber mat in the back of mine...usually the water comes in on the walls of the bed and goes under the mat.

I would feel this way if I paid much for mine. Mine is basically a work truck with vinyl everything and power windows/locks and voice sync added. I was sick paying more for carpet and it getting wet/muddy and stinking. I actually love the vinyl.
Hell I was shopping used and they were 35-55k. I bought mine (4dr/4wd) new with year end rebates for 38k.
