The ground on my boat trailer is messed up AGAIN after they were supposed to have fixed it last time.

No. Chip will likely not reopen for another 4-6 weeks. He was down to just a shell of a building. Like most he is having trouble getting contractors

Starting to feel the same way. I've brought my boat to them twice since I purchased it in April for the same problem (only brought in once for the trailer light issue but it's worse now than it was before). I still have the issue they have "fixed" twice.

So top notch that they pulled the high performance spark plugs from my new boat and sold them in the parts department. So top notch that the manufacturer pulled the dealership license from them

I bought a small used Cajun Special from an individual years ago. It developed a crack in the transom. Took it to Aqua Marine and they added plates and welded it all back up and repainted everything, all at no charge. Said they couldn't have CS boats out in public with cracked transoms. It's been rock solid ever since.

My other boat is a 18' Cajun Special that is 18 yrs old. Fantastic boat! Doubt I'll ever own another nearly as good as that boat. BUT since it was so good I was unaware of their service shortcomings. I am learning about them now though.

Did you have some of those $75 spark plugs? You can't just dangle that goodness out there and not give the whole story.

Same experience here. Their mechanics are shite. Ended up taking my boat to David Wade and all is good.

Hopefully I didn't tear up too much today getting stuck in the spillway.
CBR has video, I'm sure it will come sometime during the week

Haven't had to use the mechanics motor knowledge yet. The Yamaha is running great. The problem has been that my brand new Ranger RP190 was leaking water from the day I bought it.

when four stroke engines first came out their boats were not designed to handle it. I brought it back because the hull was cracked from the extra weight. First thing they asked me was "what did you hit?" assholes KNEW WTH was wrong and still wanted $$$.

Lol. FIL wanted a new ranger. I wanted a new ranger. Two boats, one simple deal. They can't tie their own shoes and he now owns a Phoenix and I have a Blue Wave.

I bought a cajun special years ago from them they were just not the friendliest dealer to deal with.
I did shop at their place looking for a ranger boat, cabelas, and real deal marine in Pineville,LA.
The prices were the same I bought from Real Deal Marine due to they treated me right and wanted my business. I also liked that I test drive my boat with them in the lake behind their shop before I brought it home to make sure the boat worked fine.

Apparently so, the boat is a 20' Glastron, purchased new from Aqua. We were not happy with PM at Aqua Marine so we brought the boat to another Glastron dealer in the area. The other dealer's service department called us and asked when we had changed the plugs and why because with the hours on the boat, that should not have happened yet. We told them we has not touched the plugs. The plugs apparently were high dollar/ performance and had serial numbers on each plug. The manufacture paid for the correct plugs in the boat and pulled the dealership from Aqua.
