Gunsmith Recs - Gonzales/BR area

Anyone have some gunsmith recommendations in the Gonzales/Baton Rouge Area? I have a single shot 20 gauge I would like to have threaded for a choke and drilled/tapped for a Burris Fast Fire sight.
