Went to the show in Pasadena, TX this morning. I was selling my Glock 23. Anyways, 9mm, .40, .45ACP and 5.56 ammo were all selling at a dollar a round!!

They were also selling bricks of Federal Lightning 22lr for 70 a brick. Freaking nuts.

I was looking for a XDs for my conceal weapon. There were selling those for 700. I seriously laughed at two sellers and told them they were fricking nuts.

Went to a local gun shop and picked up my XDs for 550. This shite has got to stop with all the price gouging.

Yup, crazy. I went to the one here last weekend. Anything "assault" related is high as hell. Ammo High and 22s are very high. Pistols were normal gun show variety mix of prices, but not too bad. I did not see many hunting rifles, all on board with AR style it seemed.

Gun shows were always over-priced but now they've gone full retard.

If I go to another one anytime soon it will be to unload some mags on panic buyers.

Like I said, my main reason for going was to unload my glock. Just looked around while I was there. All they had was AR style rifles, lots of Taurus and Sigs that were way over priced. They had lots of accessories for AR's mostly over priced.

No holsters, no hunting rifles or shotguns.

I just can't get over those ammo prices. 1$ a round for everything.

Now you know where alot of the online ammo deals end up. People, pawn shops, and some lgs monitor them all day buy all they can and then try to get us to buy it at 100-150% markups.

Went out and shot a few rounds today. Shot the AK but only a box. I have plenty but its lile spending your savings when you have no job right now.

I shot some bullet proof glass though which I have been wanting to test. I had a block for a while and been itching to shoot it. Only busted the first layer. Tough stuff

Gun shows have sucked for years, and will continue to suck for the foreseeable future.

The gun shows here in Wyoming were the primary reason people can only buy 2 boxes in stores. People would go to Walmart and buy everything they had in stock only to sell for 2-4 times the price.

Went to a sheriffs gun auction y-day. There were two heritage rough rider .22 in ok shape not great by any means. One sold for $185 plus 10% fee and tax the other sold for $175 plus 10% fee and tax. Both only had the one 22lr cylinder. The place I got my M&P 15-22 had a brand new one with both cylinders for $195.
