Cajun Made Charters out of Fourchon has been killing it lately and Captain Miles is the man.

If you are really persistent about leaving from the island then I'd go with Fish Commander, Captain Bradley is really good as well and will put you on the fish.

don't know if he is still around, but there used to be a dude named Zutie who had Bay Coast Charters...best inshore guide I have ever fished with. Other guides in the area would follow him around in the marsh....

The big question is are you looking for inshore or offshore?
