Heading down to the island to fish for the first time since Ida. Lil nervous about post-storm obstructions and new mud-flats in the waters. Have any of you come across any major issues while navigating the waterways post-Ida?
I do a little bit of everything from fishing the bays East of GI, bays West of Fourchon, and marshes of Leeville. Been seeing reports of fish all over the place, so its time to make a trip!

I would be careful in bayou rigaud between the wildlife and fisheries building and the bridge. I haven't had any problems personally but I heard its shallower now.

I fished the backside of Grand Isle and Beauregard Island out of a kayak last Saturday. Didn't have much luck.
