It has a slight mark in the bluing on the receiver, but other than that it's pretty nice.Does $650 sound ok?
I've never shot a 7mm08 at all, what do you guys think of that round?

Thanx, seems like that price is about right then.
The rifle I am looking at,still has all the plating on the trigger, and doesn't seem to have been shot much. Also has a decent Leopold scope.

My daughter shoots 7-08 in Hornady Superformance 139 grain SST and it is absolutely bad business on a whitetail! No concerns at all for deer hunting.

Thanx, I personally won't use it much for hunting.Might let my brother use it some,he has a bad shoulder, and I thought it might be ideal for him, plus I don't mind having another quality Lever gun in the collection.

Sounds pretty good, my son now 13 has been shooting 7mm08 for years and it is a great whitetail round. We did use the Hornady 139 sst but we now use the Interlock because even though we killed the deer the SST never gave a pass through and never much blood. Last year he shot a 220lb buck and it flipped on its side dead with the Interlock.
