Getting rid of clovers in the yard?

This is the first spring I've had clovers taking over my yard. Does anyone have any ideas how to rid my yard of them while keeping my centipede grass?

just mow the shite man, it will go away before too long, that what us poor folks do anyways. Never fertilize or do any type of weed killers like my neighbor. His yard never looks as good as mine in early spring, and by mid summer he catches up to me thanks to that darn sprinkler he runs every evening.
