Fingerprints are required for most plant workers because most plants around here require a TWIC card.

I am sorry Mr. High Power Attorney it seems to have slipped my mind. Where does the constitution, which amendment that is, explicitly gives you the right for joining the Bar Association?

See there is a huge difference to me in the Rights specifically enumerated in the constitution and the free association of joining a profession or professional organization.

Not to mention the whole private versus public argument.

You were being lazy - one could read what you wrote as why complain I give finger prints for other things.

I think that attitude when it comes to our freedoms are dangerous. Just like allowing someone to censor speech because "you can't yell fire in a theater already".
