Planted 10 Celebrity, 10 Better Boys & 4 Creole's a month ago .. purchased at Nabor's on Seigen
2/10 Celebrity appear to be thriving
5/10 Better Boys appear to thrive
3/4 Creoles appear to be ok
Ive treated w Sevin twice in the past 2 weeks. They get water at 5:30AM for 40 min on a basic sprinkler and the boxes are in good morning sun. Soil is both potting soil and garden soil.
Whats the can I do better?
LEMON TREE :
Buds looked awesome earlier and now seem to be dead. Too much water? Rain?

Both problems you have are because of rain?water
Your tomatoes have bacterial speck & blight. You're watering way too much especially with the amount of rain we've been getting. Also overhead sprinkling helps spread the diseases that you are seeing. You can treat new growth with mancozeb, cholorothonil, or a copper fungicide.
Your citrus has greasy spot. Greasy spot disease causes yellow spots on the foliage in summer. It’s often worse when the weather has been rainy. Fungicides can be applied during the early summer for control. To prevent this disease, spray with a copper fungicide in early May and early June.

Agree with pointdog regarding the tomatoes. May want to prune out the bottom portion of the plants to improve air circulation and minimize soil being splashed onto the leaves. That's how most diseases develop.
For the lemon tree, it looks like spider mite damage to me ,but it may just be the lighting in the picture.
Definitely cut back on the watering because it will cause your tree stress and they will more than likely abort the fruit.

It's a fungus.
Spray them with Neem oil per the instructions.
