It’s hot as shite outside and didn’t feel like cooking much, but the woman convinced me. Smothered down some garfish and got some white cans to throw back. Hadn’t done one of these in a while. What y’all had tonight?

No desire to add heat to any situation by cooking. Fixed a big ole garden veggie cobb salad for Mrs DH. Played 18 holes today and thought I was gonna die. Drinking water now, maybe a little woodford later.

Caught some reds
Cut the grass and other yard work
Cleaned fish
Grilled some deer sausage
Dehydrated as hell now... so a splash of water in my maker's and snacking on deer sausage

An old fella in Pierre Part smoked it and gave some to father in law. I managed to get 2 pounds off of him.
It’s kinda like eating tender tender jerky, but smoked then smothered is to kill for.

Last day in Nevada, so went over to Lake Tahoe to get some pizza and craft beers. They actually have a few places with decent food around here, but they are all expensive as hell. Gonna go out on the town tonight.
