Was at Jims today to get this taken care of and was informed they no longer do them. They have someone who does them on the side. I've been fighting this bullshite Efile system since about 4:30 today. Constant crashes and multiple hang ups. I sure a ton of people are trying to log in right now but don't want to take the chance on missing this deadline. Is there a local place I can have this form done before the 13'th?

Well technically they can't do a form 1 for you because a F1 is supposed to be YOU requesting approval to "build" an nfa item.

What browser are you using? I use Chrome and never have had an issue. I did a former 1 on Friday and took me about 15 minutes. Melissa at Jim's does the Form1 on the side if you get desperate.

I had some issues Friday night, but was able to get on yesterday and get two filed.
