Gonna put them in my Abu Revo Inshore. Love the reel but the performance has never been anywhere near as good as my Curado 200 E5.
I'll post back after i get a chance to test them out.
Anyone ever tried them out?

If you want ceramic bearings, look up www.avidrc.com
I'm good friends with the owner and have done testing for him. He's based out of Houston. Bearing quality is as good or better than Boca at a fraction of the cost. I use Avid bearings in RC engines that cost upwards of $500 and run at 35,000+ RPMs. Never had a single bearing failure in 7 years of using them.

I dont think they are BOCA brand, but I got ceramics put in my 200E7 2 years ago and I can easily cast a frog a country mile.

Definitely let us know how they work. I've been debating putting them in my exact same reel and just haven't gotten around to it.

quote:yours cast like shite too? Love the ergonomics, balance, feel, smoothness in the reel. It just sucks at casting any distance. I've tried everything to fix the issue and it still doesn't hold a candle to my 200E5

I put them in two of my old Chronarchs. Night and day difference.

I put Boca bearings in all of my calcutta's and you can easily tell a difference in casting effort, the only drawback to me is they are bit noisy compared to the originals.
Goodluck with them!
