Good morning fellow statesmen! If you haven't watched Duck Camp Dinners season 1 head on over to the MeatEater YouTube channel now!
In season 2 I am looking for a duck camp in west Louisiana that we can get 4 consecutive days of filming at and some productive goose and duck hunts. I really want to tell the story of west Louisianas waterfowl and food culture through that duck camp.
The camp would need to sleep 2 cameramen, a photographer, myself and 3 guys from the crew along with folks that come to your camp as well. The goal is to capture the authentic camp culture of the place you are so proud of. We are a fun relaxed group of dudes that love to cut up, cook, and duck hunt! Who's in? Lets do this! Email me directly at bourgeois_jeanpaul@yahoo.com
Thanks in advance y'all and GEAUX TIGERS!

Also, the food on your trip to Turkey looked amazing.

As they say on the OT board, "You came to the right place!"
In your case, it's actually the truth.
Hope some of these high rollers get you and your crew set up with a great Louisiana duck camp situation.

You need to reach out to Lee Daughdrill. Not sure if he is still in the guiding game now but has well established roots in SWLA. Dude knows how to catch fish, shoot ducks and call specklebellies. His family owns lots of land around Cameron as well.

You should do one in NELA and base out of Ft. Handicap...

This man speaks truth! He might be challenged as being the best chef present and I don't mean that as an insult.

What is the food culture in west Louisiana?
BTW, season one was great. Can't wait to see #2.
