Boat Stuf (formally Big Wheel Boats) in Hammond. Their head mechanic, Dennis, is really good with ETECs. He did my 300hr. service last year.

My dad has used them for a long time. Although he never had an E-tech.

Did you try Magnum Outboard in Harvey? I know they were excellent on OMC motors years ago. James was the most knowledgeable outboard tech I ever met and he is still there according to their website

call them and ask

if hes not maybe they know where he went so you can go there

the mechanic working there is always more important then the name on the door

I have always used G&F also. No complaints except it usually takes them 2 weeks to get to your boat, but they tell you that up front so its all good.

I took my boat to ascension outboards for my last service. They did a good job.
