Elevated Bed building.....(pics)

First time elevated bed builder here, just wondering what yall think of what I got here. Nothing but clay dirt where I live amc I didn't feel like adding tons of stuff to it.

Run some drip irrigation tape and you are good....if you wanted to get fancy you could face those blocks to look nicer.

I realize it's already built and hindsight is 20/20 but...

That's a lot of cinder blocks for a narrow bed. I would shorten it by 4 blocks and add those to the ends to double the width.

noted, my buddies dad grows his tomatoes like this and his do pretty well, i'll post some pics as the season goes along

Fill up the cinder blocks with dirt and plant strawberries.

Where are the roots going to grow ?

Tomatoes are not gonna work in that shallow dirt

Two cinderblocks should be about 16 inches of depth, that's enough for strawberries. Plus it looks like he put them on dirt. I've seen it done and it works well enough. Lettuce would probably be better for the size come fall.
