Bought a PF01 model off Amazon last week (per recs on outdoor board), took to a bike shop to put together and the bike cuts off within minutes after battery shows its fully charged. Anyone have this bike and ever used customer service, apparently in mainland China? TIA

I've got the one in the amazon link below. No idea if it's the model you have, but I haven't had any of those problems.

However, nothing is out of the question when China-men are making the product. I store and charge it far away from my house so we don't die in a lithium battery fire while we're asleep. I hope they (e-bikes) are banned on Mississippi public lands from now until kingdom come. Amazon

E-Bikes don't belong on public hunting land other than marked trails.

Why does everyone always get so mad at the E bikes on public? I get the fact that it enables people to go deeper into the woods with less work and you may have put in the work to get back there previously and succeeded. But if you don't think deer hunting public isn't about pressure, then you don't know how to hunt public.

So what people go to your spot that's a 2 mile walk in that you used to get to early AF. Hunt closer to the truck in areas they are passing over now and you will find something if you know what you are doing. I say this as I've dealt with this hunting in MO. You can still kill, just change your tactics.

At the same time, I don't have an E bike yet, but I'm definitely buying one. Those things are legit and anything that takes the work out of dragging a deer out of public I am all about.

Can you imagine the baws that will invade the woods overall if they can ride their pimped out e-bike throughout public land? There will be a bike parked every 50 feet and the deer population will be wiped out in Avoyelles Parish, which is where I hunt.

Ride your ATV/UTV down the trails/roads and walk your arse to the spot you scouted. Hunting isn't supposed to be easy.

Hunting still isn't easy just because you are able to ride to and from a spot quicker. I can't tell you how many times I've set up in a spot (deep or close) with the perfect wind, sign everywhere, food all around, bedding nearby, and nothing happened.

The times I've had my best success is when I've played the cat and mouse game and then honestly just gotten lucky.

I can understand not wanting E-bikes not off the trail though. That's a recipe for disaster anywhere including private.

Yeah it is, bruh. If I can ride 1.2 miles deep into the woods on a quiet e-bike where I can typically see/kill deer, that makes life easier.

Now imagine doing that but also seeing 5 other e-bikes nearby when you used to see no one because they had to walk. Now you have more pressure in that area.

Yeah, this is the model I bought. I took it to a bike shop to put together so I wouldn’t mess up the battery/electronics. Battery fully charges but only runs the bike for a few minutes. Needless to say there’s no customer service to ask questions..thanks for your reply though

I LOVE my e-bike on public land, but I agree with you. They should be used on the designated trails only. Luckily I haven't seen anyone go against what is published in the NWR or WMA rules for them yet.
