5 minute set-up
^Even quicker w/ the Lone Wolf EZ Hang Hook
Lone Wolf Assault II and Muddy sticks. Very mobile setup, and around 22# total.
That Millenium is damn comfy, but mobile and quiet/quick...I don't see it.

Second on the lonewolf/muddy set up. Realistically it takes me about 8-10 minutes after getting tied off and pulling my bow up. Not the most comfortable stand but I've spent a lot of time in mine. XOP makes an identical stand that's a little cheaper, but I've never used one. There's a lot of othe videos on YouTube that show how to customize the stand and sticks to maximize portability and set height while minimizing noise.
Not for those scared of heights as the platform is small, but you get comfortable after practicing in the yard. A good harness is a must!

Everyone beat me to it. I sold my original Millenium M100 and replaced it with the lighter M100U. I also have a bag of Cranford EZ Climb rope tree steps that I'll be using this fall for public land. I like the millennium's because of the comfort and also you can leave the receiver in the tree.

Millenium stands have the cam lok receiver which makes it a breeze to hang. If you are taking it on and off the tree on a lease this is a no brainer. If you are removing the cam lok each time on public land it is still easier to use but you may need to climb twice which isn't a big deal with sticks.
I think you get more bang for your buck with the Lone Wolf sticks vs. the Muddy sticks simply because of the size and weight.
Lone Wolf Sticks - 32" Long and 2.5 lbs
Muddy Sticks - 20" Long and 2.5 lbs
4 LW sticks will get you WAY higher than the Muddy sticks with the same weight on your pack.
I do like the rope lock system on the muddy sticks but you can modify Lone Wolf sticks to use this same type of system.

There is definitely something to be said for the longer lone wolf sticks, but I still prefer the muddy. The weight is the same but the extra size can cause extra hang ups if you're bush whacking through thick brush. I can get 18' up with my muddy sticks(with a few mods I've added) and higher if I got a limb or two to help on the way up.
It's all about what you need/want. Different strokes for different folks I rekon. Either way, they are both quality products that get the job done.
