This guy has been in the smoker since 7:30 this morning. Made breakfast for the kids and ol'lady (brownie points for AR parts). Gonna eat some seafood gumbo from yesterday and dine on this brisket this evening. What you guys got?

I popped one this morning at 7 am when I started messing with the brisket just out of habit. When I threw it away after I put the brisket in the smoker and saw the time, it hit me, I had started drinking at 7 am.
