just finished cleaning a mess of bream and popping top on #1.
btw, youngest son popped a cherry today on his first fish. i'll get pics up in bit (with wick's help hopefully).

I got a pork shoulder from that pig I killed a few months back that sat in coke for 24 hours and salt water for 48. Im about to fill him full of creole butter and sit his arse in the oven with a pan of apple juice for about six hours.

Gonna be eating late huh?

I tried putting one of the pig roasts I cut in the crock pot last month, didnt work out too well. After only a couple hours, it was like the turkey from the Griswold's Christmas.

Easter candy. Took the young one to a couple of fundraiser easter egg hunts. Thunder Mountain girls softball and JDHS football teams.

Snowed this morning at the house, but warmed up a bit. It was raining and windy. Kids here are used to it.

Good cause though. These kids teams have a travel budget higher than some small colleges.

all i've had to eat all day was 1 slice of pizza and i'm stuffed like a tick about now.

ran a couple of miles yesterday, i thought i'd be starving today. i dunno wtf is going on.
