What do you guys use for ear protection while deer hunting? Does anyone use walkers game ears?

I keep regular ear plugs in my jacket pocket. Although it seems like when it comes time to shoot at a deer I remember about 1/3 of the time. Sometimes it's just a quick shot I have to take.
Nonetheless, I like these because you can hang them around your neck when you first sit down for fast insertion.
Eta: Always wear them sighting in or just shooting an AR for fun, etc.

I use ESP electronic ear plugs for duck hunting. They are expensive but my tinnitus has gone down considerably since I started wearing them.

Or these when I don't feel like wearing muffs
FWI, I've never worn earn protection while hunting until last year. I had an out of battery discharge on my 15-22 a few years ago and ever since then my ears start ringing after shooting. I'm not taking any chances.

usually use the orange plugs since they have the highest decibel reduction level, but I often forget to put them in. just bought some walkers game ears and sighted in a gun with them and they worked pretty well.

These are the ones I bought for my 13 yr old son.
I don't wear protection like I should but I make sure my kids don't F up their hearing on my watch..
I like the fact that they take normal AAA batteries and not some weird battery I can't find if needed.

I use Walkers at the range. Never really wore ear protection while hunting but I guess I should. Eye protection too!
