You may have a good reason for dusk to dawn, but if its a residence I would just do motion activated.

They draw an insane amount of bugs if dusk to dawn (ok for commercial property, but miserable at a house).

Mine have 4 modes, Constant on, Dusk to dawn, Motion (several motion times) and off. If I leave them on Constant On or dusk to dawn O/N the bugs are UNREAL this time of year.

Mine stay in dim mode until motion activated and go bright for preset time. Dim mode keeps bugs to a minimum. But still have light all the time for security.

I put up three of these at a rental property and they have worked great. $12-15 a month in electricity for the three.

Sorry. There's a million to choose from now. It's one of those things that can overwhelm you so i get you asking for recommendations. If it is a DIY... I strongly recommend something from a big box store versus Amazon. Chances are the cheap Chinese knock offs won't have any tech support if something goes wrong.
