O YAH (in my best Canuck accent)
We didn't do sandwiches, just grilled em in the blind. Were still better at the camp with a little TLC. Then again we weren't using bacon.
You could wrap a boot in bacon and it would be good

I know there was some conversation in here awhile back about worms in ducks. Sure looks like the one he cut up had them.

Am I being a big vag if I would want him to atleast get a few of the feathers out of the way and a bit of blood off his hands prior to fixing my duckwich?
But it does look really good.
Especially the part with the raw duck next to the cooked eggs.
Ok, now I have to go back to my laundry.

quote:I was wondering. Some may take that as an opportunity to shoot another limit or even a couple "extra" to cook.
FYI-That is illegal.

Now I am certain it is illegal to remove breast and discard of carcass.
However if you kept head and wing attached and took out with limit, is that legal. Is there anything that mentions breast meat intact?

I can't get the video but if you breast it out in the field and bring the head and wing it's legal.
Reminds me one time I was fishing the spillway around hog island and told my wife I smelled fish frying. Figured I'd make the corner and see a houseboat but instead I saw a boatload of brosephs with a hundred cane poles hanging out the ski boat and one in the back frying bream by the bucketful. I laughed my arse off. But I'll say this. I wish I would have bellied up because they smelled incredible.

Speaking of worms in ducks...
Killed this limit Saturday morning.
One of the teal hens' breastises was chock full of what looked like grains of white rice. She didn't make the pot roast.

I was thinking the same thing not to mention unsanitary. I'll take a side of nutria feces to go with that duckwich please Does seem like a good way to shoot an extra limit though.
