Duck blinds camo

I'm building my own duck blind on my boat and was trying to figure out the best grass-looking camo to use. I know I should try to use whatever is native to the area I hunt, but the grass gets wet and rots halfway through hunting season. Just wondering if anyone has used those grass mats they sell at Cabela's and if they hold up well (going down the road, does it hold up well)?

We did one with rafia grass and its held up pretty well. Much better than fast grass.
I still add some wax myrtles or roseaus to break it up.

I dont remember the colors we used, but search rafia grass duck blind and you'll find a bunch of info.
ETA: my boat blind folds up so its pretty protected while trailering. Not sure how this would do just flapping in the wind.

I have not duck hunted in a few years, but we used the mats on our boat blind. We would add some green paint to the mats in early season. By mid season with the trailer, and running the paint would fade in perfect harmony to the marsh getting brown. Not too much, but enough to add some green.
