i ran a waterline to my garden. but we have had 72" of rain the past 4-6weeks so i prob wont ever have to turn it on this year

But to answer your question, I have a 2" trash pump I pump water from a pond to flood my garden when it needs it. It's an acre though. When I used to do my tomato garden in my backyard I had a sprinker (the kind that go around and around like tik tik tik tik tik tiktiktiktiktiktiktik) mounted on a pole about 6' off the ground in the center of the garden. I'd just walk on the porch, turn the water on (left the hose connected except when cutting grass), and drink beer while watching it go around.

I just run drip hoses under the mulch around each plant and have an automatic timer during the dry periods for the summer. I just have 3 4x8 raised beds though, if you have something larger, you might could build a mist system with some piping.

Haven't started it yet, generally only need to start it in July
