I will be back in town this weekend.

We should go to the wild orchid and pick your kids out a new mommy, just in case.

I was being sarcastic and replaced "wild orchid" with "action central".

Although, Action does have a Monday Night Football all you can eat buffet......from what I've heard.

I don't have kids yet, so no worries. But even if I did, I could only find a new GRANDmother at superior grill. Cougars flock to that place faster than to a gimpy pronghorn.

Wife has OB call Saturday night from 5pm-5am so this weekend is likely out for her, unfortunately.

What's you e-mail? We would love to drop some pigs. I don't have much to swap yet, but hopefully will have some better spots for ducks this year.

She did her family med "community" rotation in Plain Dealing and loved the rural family med scene. I'm pushing her that way because I would much prefer that lifestyle over some high-fallutin specialty

You bastards are all over me up here. Bet we've run across each other before.

As for the holes, I vote snake. I had a copperhead hit me once on the side of the foot. Hung a fang in my shoe but didn't break the skin. Didn't realize it till it started to itch and burn. Shoe had a fang in one hole, and another hole to match it. Looked a lot like that. But I can't imagine her getting hit, penetrated, and no swelling or burning at all. My foot was on fire and it was just on my skin.

And when it hit me, it felt like I got whacked by a thorn bush so I didn't think anything of it.

High class does not mean "look down at you"

I always have and always will enjoy the finer things in life. That doesn't mean I want to live in a big city chasing my own tail all day. Give me a happy wife, 10 acres, a big pond, a couple chickens, sinlge barrel bourbon, a couple chilluns and my two dogs. I'll die a happy man.

On a sidenote, one of my granpas old friends told me one time, if you ever got bit by a copperhead you would never get cancer. Ive heard some tall ones before but that one takes the cake.
