I'm going to destin this week with some friends and plan on goin on a fishing trip. Was wondering if it's worth it and also who's the best? TIA

I would like to troll but only want to do a half of a day. I am not familiar with what is good in Destin. any advice on what I should fish for and who I should go with would be great. bottom fishing doesn't sound real appealing to me though.
