Looking for a M4V11. Heard they are not making that color anymore. Any truth to this?
2nd. Is there a diff between the gen 1 and gen 2 sig p239 in .40?

nope. they still make them and we still sell the shite out of them. i can put you on a waitlist if you'd like. they leave as fast as we get them. Check out the V11 Pro as well. 18" SBN-treated barrel with their new Gen II Muzzle Climb Mitigator and a Geissele SD3G trigger.

Gen 2 has the SRT trigger and night sights. If you want a single-stack sig, also look at the P225. Ergos are a little better IMO
ETA: Also check out the new V7 MLOK. the rail is ergonomically much better than the squared-off feel of the V11. I hope they do a rounded keymod more akin to the DD5 rail

I have a DD V11 Pro and love it. I am wanting to get another AR-15 in 5.56 for under $1,500 preferably. Do you have any suggestions? I was kind of wanting something that would be a little different to shoot than the DD V11.

Perhaps a Gas Piston gun if you want something that feels a little different? The Sig 516 is a good one around that price range.
Most ARs shoot similarly haha. Go with something MLOK instead of Keymod if you want a different handguard feel. Maybe a solid 2-stage trigger (Geissele SSA-E) instead of a single stage like the SD3G.
I'd go with a M4V7 LW and put a SSA-E in it. I don't want you to feel like I'm pushing another Daniel, but they really are outstanding. They have THE best customer service and will replace any barrels you shoot out at no charge, which is just awesome.
I'm about to pick up a DD5 (308). After that, I'll grab a V7 and one of Sulzer's ARs, then I'll be set for ARs for a while.

Thanks for the advice. I really love DD so I wouldn't have a problem getting another one. I haven't really shot much of anything else. How often do you get DD AR's in stock? I have been looking online at all of the big stores and they are out of stock on almost everything.

they are very backed up right now. We ordered 160 at the NBS show and they have been trickling in very slowly. we sell them very quickly.

What are the differences between the V7 and V11? I'm at work so most of the firearm sites are blocked. I would like to get a 10.5 barrel suppressed but I don't want to go through all the time and trouble. Any thoughts on the BCM Recce?

Only the rail. The MLOK on the V7 offers a much smoother, rounded-off feel. Feels great.

September if we're lucky. DD is HEAVILY backordered and they trickle in very slowly. I can put you on a waitlist if you'd like. They leave as fast as we get them. V11 is $1399 I believe, I'll try and get you a price on a Pro tomorrow.

I can't. They're allocated at all of our distributors, which means they're out of stock, and they're expecting so few that they allocate incoming inventory to certain sales guys. I can put you on a distributor waitlist if you like. 2899.99 if we can get one

yes, it is rounded, unlike the V11. I was never a fan of the V11's squared off style. They used the DD5's rail style in developing the V7's new MLOK system. Praying they release an MLOK DD5. They feel great.
