You should get one now and file for the form 1. By the time it comes back, cz should be releasing their 922r compliant stock and you can get the proper stock for it.

I'm not sure what the difference in price is. I have one more rifle sbr to do before moving into pistol carbines. I've had a series hard on for a mutant sbr.

The EVO seems cool, but if I were doing a 9mm rifle I think I would go with the JP GMR-13. AR platform that accepts Glock mags.

Fires .32acp which blows. You do have to file a form 1 to put on that tiny folding stock if you choose to buy one (I do not see many with the stock and gun together and if you do find one I think you file a form 4).
