Crossbow advice

Retain a competent attorney right away. Get one well versed in criminal law. More specifically domestic abuse and the manufacturing of illegal narcotics. Crossbows are a gateway to hell. Sorry you crossed the line.

I don't like mechanicals, I just have an aversion to moving parts. Even though they work well there's the potential there for something to fail and them not deploy.

Only ones I've heard if failing is the old fold back style. I shot a 200 lb deer with my 3 blade rage through the shoulder and it was a massacre on both sides

It aint funny.

New out of the boxes will always deploy.

If you are lucky enough for one to be able to be used again after shooting a deer, your chances for failure increase 10x if you use that same head.

Its all bout confidence and mentality when shooting a deer. I have a slight hesitancy in mechanical heads, therefor i do not use them.

Utter and complete bullshite. I replace the blades on mine often. It's impossible for the blades to not deploy.

You are a responsible hunter.
These other dipshits who dont replace, nor clean their blades after they shoot an animal are the ones who experience the malfunctions.

There is more attention to detail required for the mechanicals to always be succesful. Therefore a mechanical is not a great choice for the "masses", as the majority of people are knobjobs and screw ups.

Afixed blade broadhead you know will work 100% of the time if A: It is properly sharpened
B: You make half arse decent shot placement.

People that shoot old rusty broadheads and don't keep their stuff sharp are the reason a lot of bowhunters get a bad rap from anti-hunters. That's the same as saying "Federal shotgun shells bought from Academy will do fine, but the ones I found in the bottom of my grandpa's closet from the 1940s only fire 90% of the time. Therefore, I will only shoot Remingtons because I don't have confidence in Federal."

I'm a big believer in people using equipment they have confidence in, but don't bring the bullshite here about Rage not deploying. That shows your ignorance.

AP Hellrazors are super sturdy and dangerously sharp. Sharpness is one of the biggest advantages to this blade. People over looks this extremely vital detail in picking broadheads.

You can get them anywhere. BPS. COM

This is them right?

Do they come with practice tips? Or does that have to be ordered separately?

Those are them!
I killed 3 deer with the hellrazors last year.
Good blood trails. Deers piled up with in 50 yards.

Mine came with a practice head, yes.

I am not the guy to get a bolt review from, as i do not hunt with crossbows.

Maybe B$B could give you a suggestion.

That's not just a mechanical issue. There is a 0.00% chance any mechanical I use will fail. It's just not possible. A blade may break, but that's true with many fixed blade heads as well. I had far more broken heads/blades when I used fixed than after I switched to mechanicals.

It did? Mine was a 4 pack of sharpened broadheads.

You sharpen after you shoot a deer with them?
