Conceal and Carry Question

A friend who teaches conceal and carry classes told me today that in 3 wks the feds will cancel all private citizen conceal and carry classes and only allow certiciation through federal authorization. Is this true or false? Thanks for the answer.

False. Concealed Carry permits fall under the the power of the states.

If you decide to get a permit, I would recommend not using your friend as an instructor.
