CHP Fingerprinting @ LSP Headquarters

Anyone know what time they open in the morning? Can't find it on their website.

It is 8:00 (got that from a call to them early last week) but I got there at 8:02 on Wednesday last week and there were already people inside in line so I think the may open the doors prior to 8.
I think getting there at 7:30 would be prudent.

can you do the fingerprinting even before you're turning in your chp application? Say i was out there one day and 3 months later i do online chp application?

Need to do this as well. It should be a relatively quick and straightforward operation, but knowing government, it will take 10x longer than it should

On face value this seemed like a good idea...I mentioned it to my in laws so they tried it on Friday and arrived at 10:30 and the wait was 4 hrs for fingerprints.
It is risky I guess.
I think also they are getting a lot of safe environment fingerprinting for school since thats about to kick back up.

They herded us through there like cattle once the machine got back online. There was an hour or so delay due to that but they called 6 at a time and all 6 moved though in about 15 minutes. They had 2 machines going so each group was pretty quick.
