Had a discussion with a buddy over the weekend regarding getting a ccw permit and being on anxiety/anti-depression medicine. He was under the assumption that you are not qualified to get a permit if on such medication. I tried finding hard facts online but was unable to.
Anyone have any additional info or know the law regarding this?

As I understand it, you're supposed to disclose that in the application but I don't think they actually check to verify it. Of course, if you find yourself in court, you might be in a bit of trouble.

If I remember correctly the question on the application asks if you have EVER been on any anti-depressant meds and if so you have to give the name and # of your doctor. So it's more than just if you are currently taking meds, it's if you ever took them.
