Cataract surgery for pet

Anyone had this done to there pet?- Where and how much?- Our little diabetic Yorkie has now developed terrible cataracts in both eyes - apparently an eventual side affect from diabetes. She is now totally blind! It is breaking our hearts that she may have to live the rest of her life like this.-Thanks

Had it done in New Jersey.
2700 for one eye, 5000 for both
