Do any of the MS gulf coast Casinos that have marinas offer live bait, gas, ice? If not what's the best and closest other options?

Not that I know of (casinos). Live bait and gas in the Pass Harbor. There's a convenience store right there for gas and snacks as well.
That's the closest one to me, so I'm not sure about the others farther East.

Bait available at Biloxi Boardwalk (which may be the same Gaston refers to). It's around the corner from Margaritaville
Not sure if they have full service, but there are some others on the main shoreline by Beau/HR and another by the Grand

Na, I don't go down that far East. Pass Harbor then straight south to Isle au Pitre / Flat Boat...or farther.
