Is chili good for diets? IDGAF, but I am about to go to the store to get some stuff and feel like eating chili without the broad bitching me out for making her fat

It's good for low carb diets. I make mine with ground deer meat with no added fat. The only fat comes from olive oil I use to brown the meat, onions, and garlic.
