It's good for low carb diets. I make mine with ground deer meat with no added fat. The only fat comes from olive oil I use to brown the meat, onions, and garlic.

Nevis.

I usually post on the OT quite often, but I like reading the OB. It helps me get a sense of whats going on back home, since there isn't any hunting season here
