I'm in NOLA.

Sub panel shot. Breaker that's off is the trouble spot

Breaker doesn't snap into these fingers. The top one looks like it's been grabbed with a pair of pliers

Buss bar is gone, the breaker on the right side might give you problems soon. You don't have a neutral so if the equipment says 120/240 that's another issue.
Take the fun machine off, and hope for the best. Otherwise you'll have to replace the sub panel. Three 60's, that's a lot of load unless the a/c units have been updated.

10-4 that's what I didn't want to hear but sort of expected. The outside a/c unit is about to be updated. Air handler is new

So you have a water heater(big), a a/c and a electric heat on that panel?

No I was wrong the water heater is hooked to the main panel. A/c and heater. Still overloaded I guess. Will have to run the machine to main panel I guess

That shouldn't be too pricy, just an indoor 70-100 amp 6 space panel and new breakers.

What does the 3rd breaker feed then? Single story home, one central unit?

200 amps. I have 2 breakers for the air handler which is new and one for the outside unit which is old. I think that's the problem. Replaced my my inside unit about 4 years ago and haven't used the margarita machine since. My a/c guy told me the outside and inside are not matching up correctly because of the age. Sub panel is overloaded.

So you have 20KW heat, newer units installed are less demanding than existing ones.

The heat doesn't run when it's cool. The heat load is the problem if you have one. Hard to tell what the feeder size is, would be nice if it was number 4. Can you tell? What is the amperage of the breaker feeding the sub panel, 70?
